Dave Clough is an experienced Utah Commercial Real Estate Broker and REO specialist with a real estate career spanning more than 25 years. He began working in real estate in 1999 and spent nearly a decade as a Sales Manager and Relationship Manager for a national mortgage servicing company, working directly with banks and asset managers on commercial and residential properties, foreclosures, short sales, REO assets, and property dispositions across nearly every state in the nation.

After becoming a licensed Utah real estate agent in 2009, Dave represented several hundred clients in the acquisition and liquidation of real estate assets. In 2018, he shifted his primary focus to commercial real estate and now owns and operates Everest Commercial, representing clients throughout Utah.

Dave specializes in commercial property valuation, property assessments, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities across industrial and manufacturing properties, office, retail, land, and commercial and residential development.

His extensive experience working with banks, asset managers, investors, developers, property owners, buyers, and sellers gives Dave a unique understanding of real estate value, risk, and opportunity. A dedicated advocate for client education, he believes clients make their best decisions when they fully understand the property, its value, the market, and the transaction before them.
